It was agreed that filing space would be made available in the main office for records of achievement folders, but as far as I am aware this provision has not yet been realised. Some staff still do not seem to have folders for their tutor groups and this needs to be tackled as a high priority. A basic form for recording interests was also prepared by AW and this and the computer generated report should be kept in the folder together with any other items such as merit awards which the student has collected. Students may want to include things from outside College such as Scout badges. Examples of exemplary work could also be kept as part of the record of achievement.
